Mr David Richards

I specialise in all areas of modern glaucoma care (medical, laser and surgery) as well as complex cataract surgery.

Originally from South-East England, I qualified as a doctor from the University of Leeds in 2010 and never wanted to leave Yorkshire. From the beginning of my medical career, I wanted to specialise in eyecare and undertook another degree in neuroscience to gain an even greater understanding of the visual pathways of the brain and eye function.

I am passionate about working with patients and empowering them to make the best treatment choices for themselves and tailoring personalised care that is right for them.
