Melanie Chak is a Consultant Ophthalmologist to the Great Western Hospital, Swindon. Her qualifications include MA (Cantab) MBBS MD FRCOphth.
She specialises in disorders of the eyelids. She also performs cataract surgery after performing 2 years of research and training and leads clinics in acute and general eye conditions at the Great Western Hospital and Eldene Hospital.
Miss Chak also has an interest in facial cosmetic surgery. Melanie's undergraduate training was at Cambridge University and the Royal Free Hospital, London.
Her advanced sub-speciality training was at Oxford Eye and Stoke Mandeville Hospitals.
