Moneesh Patel is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon specialising in cataract surgery, medical retinal diseases (including macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and retinal vein occlusions), uveitis (ocular inflammation), and acute eye conditions. He trained at Sheffield Medical School and completed his higher surgical training in Ophthalmology in Nottingham and Derby.
He underwent advanced training in cataract surgery, medical retina, and uveitis in Derby, Nottingham, and Birmingham.
Mr Patel is the Clinical Lead for Newmedica Barlborough.
