About
Dr Vasant Raman has had a passion for eyecare since his days in medical school. He earned his medical degree and ophthalmology training in India, followed by advanced training in Ireland and at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, USA.
Dr Raman specialises in cataract surgery, vitreoretinal surgery, and medical retina conditions.
In addition to his clinical work, he is actively involved in providing specialist eyecare for charities in Nepal, Cambodia, and India, where he offers expertise, training, and surgical services.
